The following list ranks all teams from 2000-2007.  Each team's total wins and losses are included along with their winning percentage for all years combined.  The column labeled "E-Yrs" is simply the number of years this decade that the team has been eligible to be ranked (minimum of five eligible seasons required to be considered top or bottom team).  The current Junk Yard Top Dog is the Oklahoma Sooners.  The Bottom of the Barrel award goes to the Buffalo Bulls.

Values highlighted in RED are the best-rated for that particular column, while values highlighted in BLUE are the worst-rated for that particular column (for wins and losses, teams must have at least 5 eligible years to be rated best or worst).
